The n-ask Velociraptor2 is the next generation high-speed A/D acquisition system. It is capable of digitizing an analog signal at rates from 200 – 1500 MHz. The large array of high-speed hard disk drives enables continuous collection at all four user selectable bandwidths from the RF-IF converter. The external drive bays allow quick and easy transfer of collected data. The acquisition server is Linux based and a full Midas based software suite is provided.
